ætherium Magazine

ætherium magazine is dedicated to showcasing the creative photographers, models, hair stylists & makeup artists who come through the doors of Elysium Studio. As part of the studio this magazine will help to promote the community we are building around the studio. With the onset of the pandemic we did release a few open themed issues to help keep promoting creatives through the COVID restrictions and closures.

With Elysium I strive to make creatives feel welcome and comfortable at the studio. I want to build a community of friendly, helpful and professional creatives.

This adds to the welcoming and friendly atmosphere we have created around the studio.

ætherium magazine is curated, designed & published by Slevin Mors, a photographer in his own right & the owner and creative behind Elysium Studio in Garden Grove, CA.

 
 
 

Slevin Mors

Slevin is a professional photographer & artist known for his tactful juxtaposition of dark and light who inspires viewers to dive deep within themselves and embrace every facet they discover — even the macabre. With a candid yet low-key approach, the beautifully haunting artwork created pays tribute to the literary masters of the past like Edgar Allan Poe, Clive Barker, and The Brothers Grimm. While also reviving the old world lore and the vibes of Victorian times.

Since first holding a camera in hand as a child, Slevin has had an unwavering affinity for capturing the countless beauties that lay dormant amongst the shadows; the places where friends and most other people would dare not look. During high school, Slevin would spend a bulk of his days neck-deep in the realm of noir and dark comedic entertainment. Two decades later, the love of photography and all things gloom has only grown, and his sights are set on becoming a full-time fine art and model photographer.
